Kilimani's Shawarma Corner
Rose Avenue Shopping Centre, right where Rose Avenue meets Kindaruma Road — between the office blocks and the apartment towers, on the corner Kilimani keeps recommending to itself. There are plenty of restaurants in Kilimani; we'll just say only one of them pickles its own pickles.
Doors open at 8am and the grill doesn't rest until 11:30pm. The mid-morning meeting fuel, the proper sit-down dinner, or the late plate after everything else has closed — Kilimani is covered.
Same rule as every Mezza: it's all made in-house. The sauces, the marinades, the breads, the falafel — even the pickles. (The sweet ones have a bit of a cult following. Ask for extra.)
